7 Instrument Operation Modes
All instruments in the range share a similar user interface. Indicator models (single 4-digit
display) the legend shown in the “Lower Display” column will be shown for approx 1 second
before the “Upper Display” value is shown. For more details, refer to the mode tables below.

Select Mode
This mode is used to gain entry to each of the modes available in the instrument.
Entry into the Select Mode
Hold down and press in any mode to force the unit to enter Select Mode.
Navigating in Select Mode
Once in Select Mode, press or to select the required mode,
then press to enter the chosen mode.
To prevent unauthorised entry to Configuration, Setup and Automatic Tuning modes, an
unlock code is required. These are shown in the - Lock code values table.
